VectorGOLF.ai is operated by Vector Labs LLC. Contact us at support@vectorgolf.ai or the address in Section 13.

2. Information we collect

Sign-in (Google & Apple only.) We do not collect or store passwords. You sign in using Google or Apple. Those providers handle your credentials; we receive only what they share (e.g. name, email) so we can identify your account. We use Clerk for authentication.

Golf and launch monitor data. When you use our analysis (e.g. upload a CSV or use our lab form), we may process data you provide, such as launch monitor metrics, handicap, goal, and contact details you choose to give. We use this to deliver your report and improve our service.

Usage and technical data. We automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and how you use our site. This helps us run the Services, fix issues, and improve security.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: provide and personalize the Services; operate and secure our site; respond to you; and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing your information

We may share information with service providers that help us run the Services (e.g. authentication via Clerk and Google/Apple, hosting, analytics). These providers are bound by contracts and use data only as we instruct. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work if you disable them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Services at your own risk.

10. Children

Our Services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected a child’s data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. We take steps to protect your information in line with this policy and applicable law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
